Good day, brothers!

As a chapter, we voted on the D&B’s brotherhood event at the end of the fall semester to take place during the winter break. Why, you may ask? We selected this event because we wanted to maximize attendance and do something outside San Francisco. Also, we wanted to provide an opportunity to hang out and kick it with bros who reside in the East Bay, South Bay, 925, and 707.

D&B’s is considered a fun and family friendly environment, therefore, we wanted to provide a brotherhood event that is also fun and family friendly. I want to stress this aspect because I am noticing a large faction of brother who are now getting married and having kids. On top of being proud of their recent blessings, we want to make sure that we can meet those brothers halfway and provide opportunities where you can bring your wife and kids.

This is event is FREE.

End Time: Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 12:00am

Entrance: According to our Social/Rush Chairs, there is none of that night
Game Play: Beta Chapter will provide each attending brother that RSVPed with $20 worth of game play which will be worth $40 bucks
Transportation: We will be providing ride opportunities from a location in San Francisco to D&B’s in Milpitas that will leave around 6 to 6:30PM
Food: Beta Chapter will pay for a large amount of appetizers once the majority of attendance is there.

***IF YOU NEED TRANSPORTATION, YOU MUST RSVP WITH OUR SOCIAL/RUSH CHAIRS SO THAT THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE WITH A RIDE.

**If the deportation times do NOT work with your schedule, please contact our social/rush chairs and they will do their best to negotiate and arrange alternative ride situations.

*Unfortunately, the chapter will NOT be able to pay for individual meals and alcoholic drinks.

From the recent attendance of brothers from the fall semester, we anticipate a high attendance of brothers from all walks of life. So, this definitely a brotherhood event you do not want to miss!
